Food and Drinks
All meals and refreshments are included in the packages. Illimited quantity of mineral water will be provided for drinking. Tea or coffee are provided with all meals. JO & JO TRADING & TOURING will do the best to meet any special dietary needs, if informed in advance. Alchoholic drinks are not included in the package.
Rooms
Accommodations in the hotels, lodges and house boats are rooms with two beds and private bath room. A limited number of single rooms are available. Most of our packages includes airconditioned accommodation. JO & JO TRADING & TOURING make sure about your comfort and safety requirements in your rooms.
Transportation
By modern air-conditioned vehicles, house boat, train and flights. Seats are rotated daily.
Activities
All the activities are subject to change, according to the climatic changes, political unrest, etc,... The program can be modified at any time of the tour, for your safety and comfort.
Travelers Needing Special Assistance
Persons needing individual assistance for walking, dining, or other personal needs must be accompanied by an able companion and must notify JO & JO TRADING & TOURING in writing at the time of booking.
Luggage
Due to space limitations, please carry only one standard sized piece of luggage per person. In addition, one small handbag and/or small flight bag may be personally carried. JO & JO TRADING & TOURING is not responsible for loss or damage to your belongings.
Gratuities
JO & JO TRADING & TOURING includes all tips to local guides, restaurant waiters, hotel porters and maids, etc... But still, we will be happy to know that you wish to tip them separately, other than by us.
Not Included
Prices do not include visas, personal insurance, all items of a personal nature and beverages and food not on the regular menu.
Passports and Visa Requirements
Entry to India require a current passport valid for 6 months after date of entry. If your passport expiration date is less than 6 months, please check current requirements with the Consulate or Embassy in question.
Management and Responsibilities
JO & JO TRADING & TOURING and/or its agents act only in the capacity as an agent for the passenger in all matters connected with luggage, hotels, sightseeing tours and transportation, whether by motorcoach, boat, train, airplane or any other means; and is not liable for any damage from any cause. JO & JO TRADING & TOURING and/or its agents are not responsible for any damage, expense or inconvenience caused by late departures, change of schedule, strikes or other conditions. The itineraries shown are subject to revisions, including the substitution of hotels. JO & JO TRADING & TOURING is not liable for any wrongful, negligent, or unauthorized acts or omissions of any travel agent or travel agency. Legal proceedings by or against JO & JO TRADING & TOURING, may be instituted only in a court of Indian Republic, and any claim involved in such proceedings shall be decided in accordance with the laws of Indian Republic. We reserve the right to decline to accept or retain any person as a member of a tour at any time before or during the actual operation of the tour. JO & JO TRADING & TOURING reserves the right to cancel any tour at any time. In the case of computer or human billing error JO & JO TRADING & TOURING reserves the right to re-invoice with correct billing. JO & JO TRADING & TOURING is not responsible for typographical or printing errors, or errors arising from unforeseen circumstances.
Cancellation Fees
Please reconfirm your seat by making the balance payment of the total price amount, 7 days before to the departure. the failure of balance payment will result in an automatical cancellation. NON of the cancellations, 15 days or less, prior to the departure will refunded.
In fairness to others and because of expenses incurred, we cannot make any exceptions.
Time of cancellation will be when notice is received by JO & JO TRADING & TOURING. Cancellation fees apply even if a person transfers to another tour or start date.
